Delivery
FREE DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS OVER £50.
I currently deliver across the whole of the UK (including the Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Jersey & Guernsey).
Currently I do not offer international shipping. However if there is something you simply cant resist, please let me know and we can look into sending this to you.
I aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days from the day of an order being placed.
The standard shipping cost is £3.99 and parcels are mostly delivered via Royal Mail Tracked 48hr service, but occasionally other couriers may be used if its a large/heavy parcel. All orders will be fully tracked so you can track your parcel right to your door.
Once dispatched, your order should arrive with you within 2-4 working days for standard delivery.
PLEASE NOTE - Occasionally delivery delays can occur, especially during bank holidays and busy retail periods.
Unfortunately once your order has been handed over to the courier I am not responsible for any delivery delays. For this reason I ask that you wait a full 7 working days for your order to arrive. If by this time it hasn't arrived please email me at hello@tillyandsageinteriors.co.uk.
When shipping to Northern Ireland, parcels must go through customs & duties. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay any customs or duty charges that may occur. If you are unsure if you would need to pay customs or duty fees I recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
As a business I try to be environmentally conscious. I will reuse boxes where i can and I try to use as little plastic in my packaging as possible.
Returns
I hope you are delighted with your order! However, If you have changed your mind, you can return an item within 30 days of recieving your order. You MUST include a note with your order number and reason for return and send it back in unused condition and it's original packaging.
You will be responsible for your own returns shipping costs. Tracked delivery service is advised incase of loss or damage.

Returns of sale items and Perfectly Imperfect items are not accepted unless faulty or damaged.
PLEASE NOTE - you will not be refunded for your original shipping cost ifreturn is due to change of mind.
Parcels that are undelivered due to rejected delivery, missed or failed delivery, or due to an incorrect shipping details will only recieve a refund of the cost of items, shipping cost will NOT be refunded to cover the costs incurred for shipping out the order.
Damaged/Faulty items
If on the disappointing occasion you recieve a faulty or damaged item, you must get in contact within 48 hours of recieving your order. I cannot be held responsible after this time.
Please provide your order number, a description of the issue and supporting photos of the damage or fault (including photos of its packaging and box so I can claim the damages back with the courier).
I will then send you a prepaid returns label. Repack the item, include a note inside with your order number and post the parcel back to me.
Once I have recieved your returned item I will send you a confirmation of refund back onto your original payment method.
