Shipping policy

UK Delivery Rates & Timelines

We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders over £35.

• Standard Tracked Delivery (£3.95): Delivered in 2–3 working days after dispatch. Free on orders over £35.

• Express Tracked Delivery (£4.95): Delivered in 1–2 working days after dispatch.

 

Processing & Dispatch

• Dispatch Window: All orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.

• Carriers: Orders are primarily shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48. Larger or heavier parcels may occasionally be sent via Evri Tracked.

• Tracking: You will receive an automated dispatch email containing your Royal Mail or Evri tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves us.

 

Delivery Locations

• We currently ship to addresses within England, Scotland (including the Scottish Highlands and Islands), Wales, and BFPO addresses.

• We do not currently ship to Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, or international destinations outside the UK.

Peak Period Delays

During high-volume shopping periods (such as Bank Holidays, major promotional events, and the lead-up to Christmas), courier networks experience heavy volumes. Please allow an extra 1–2 working days for delivery during these times.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your tracking link shows no updates or your parcel has not arrived within the expected window, please allow 10 working days from the estimated delivery date. After 10 working days, Royal Mail officially classes the parcel as lost, and we will immediately process a full replacement or refund for you.

 

Eco-Friendly Packaging

We are committed to keeping our environmental footprint as low as possible. To reduce waste:

• We reuse shipping boxes, cardboard, and protective packing materials wherever possible.

• We keep plastic packaging to an absolute minimum.

• Your parcel might arrive in a box that has had a previous life, but the contents inside will always be securely packed and protected.
