Refund policy
I hope you are delighted with your order! However, If you have changed your mind, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
To request a return you can either login or create an account on the website here - https://account.tillyandsageinteriors.co.uk and access your orders, then click on the return option on the order you wish to return.
Alternatively you can email me at hello@tillyandsageinteriors.co.uk or fill out the contact form to request a return. You must inform me of your order number, the items you wish to return and reason for return.
Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once i have reviewed and accepted your returns request, I will email you instructions on how and where to send your package.

You will be responsible for your own returns shipping costs. Tracked delivery service is advised as i am not responsible if loss or damage occurs.
Parcels that are undelivered due to rejected delivery, missed or failed delivery, or due to an incorrect shipping details will only recieve a refund of the cost of items, shipping cost will NOT be refunded to cover the costs incurred for shipping out the ordear.
Faulty and Damaged Items
If an item you receive is damaged please contact me within 48 hours of receipt. I cannot be held responsible after this time. I will require you to send photos of the damaged items and its packaging so i can claim the damages back from the couriers.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Returns of sale items and Perfectly Imperfect items are not accepted unless faulty or damaged.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item on the website.
Refunds
I will notify you once I have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
